School Highlights
Florence Drake Elementary School sits at the base of the Sierra Nevada Mountains in Sparks, Nevada. The school was named for a beloved educator from the Washoe County School District. The school has a student population of approximately 350 students. Florence Drake Elementary follows a traditional school calendar. We have shown steady progress on both the state CRT's and the Iowa Test of Basic Skills, as well as the fifth grade writing assessment. Our students continue to have also shown consistent improvement on district quarterly assessments in both literacy and math.
