Evidence of Plan Review

View/Edit Details Goal Strengths/Progress Concerns What needs to be adjusted or done differently in order to accomplish the stated goal?
1. Writing — All students especially those in the free and reduced lunch population, will demonstrate growth in the area of writing, using the states traits, as a guide line for improvement. These goals will be defined by grade level need, as measured through the use of the Houghton Mifflin writing rubrics and state writing test rubric (applicable to the fifth grade)
2. Reading/Math — Student below grade level in content subjects of reading with the on displaying a critical stance and math in the area of problem solving, will be provided interventions.
3. Child Study — All students referred to RTI, will be given thorough accommodations and support as part of Tier I of the RTI process. If growth is not indicated at this level of classroom intervention, the teachers will be provided guidance and support through Tier III and the IAT who will provide recommendations for Tier III interventions based on a specific goal outcome.
4. Parental Involvement on Site Leadership — Parental involvement will be included in the Site Leadership team.
